The platform
This platform is a shared workspace between a marketing agency and its clients: onboarding, tasks, questions, reports, proposals and invoices. The agency decides who gets access.
Your account
- You keep your password secret and use your own account.
- You only grant access to accounts you administer or own yourself.
- An onboarding link is personal. Do not share it with others.
Connected accounts
When you connect Google, Meta or another platform, you give the agency the access stated on the consent screen. You can withdraw that access at any time in the settings of that platform. The agency remains responsible for what it does with that access.
Availability
We do our best to keep the platform available. Connected third-party services (Google, Meta, accounting software) can be unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
Liability
The platform supports the work between agency and client. Agreements about services, prices and results are made directly with the agency.
Governing law
Belgian law applies to these terms.
