Who we are
Marketing agencies use this platform to work with their clients. The agency that invited you is responsible for your data. We process it on that agency's instructions.

What data we process
- Account details: name, email address and language.
- Company details you or your agency fill in, such as address and VAT number.
- Answers to questionnaires, tasks, questions, proposals, invoices and reports.
- Data from connected accounts such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center, Google Business Profile and Meta. We read those to show reports and dashboards.
- For agency staff who connect a calendar: free and busy times, the meetings clients book and replies to questions the platform sent.
Use of Google data
When you connect a Google account, we use only the access the consent screen shows. Per service:
- Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Merchant Center and Google Business Profile: we read your figures to show dashboards and reports.
- Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Merchant Center and Business Profile: after you confirm it, we add your agency as a user of your accounts.
- Google Calendar, for agency staff: we read free and busy times and create the meetings clients book.
- Gmail, for agency staff: we send notifications from your own mailbox. We do not read your mail.
What we do not do with Google data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. Nobody reads it except the agency you work with, unless the law requires it or we need it to fix a security problem.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train AI models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI-written reports
Your agency can have an AI model write the text of a monthly report. We then send the ad results for that month (spend, clicks, conversions) to the AI provider your agency chose: Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter. Your agency uses its own account with that provider.
We never send Gmail or calendar data to an AI provider.
Use of Meta data
When you connect Meta, we read the results of your ad accounts to show dashboards and reports. After you confirm it, we add your agency as a partner on your ad accounts and pages.
We do not sell Meta data and do not use it for advertising.
How we protect data
- Access keys of connected accounts are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- Data is stored in the European Union (Ireland).
- Only the agency working with you has access.
How long we keep data
As long as your agency uses the platform for your account. You can withdraw a connection at any time in your Google or Meta settings. Ask your agency to delete your account and we erase your data.
Delete your data
You can stop our access yourself at any time:
- Google: open myaccount.google.com/connections and remove our app.
- Meta: in Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Remove our app.
- To erase the data we already stored, ask your agency to delete your account or email lucian@synctomate.be from the address of your account. We erase your data within 30 days and confirm it by email.
Your rights
You have the right to see, correct and delete your data. Contact the agency that invited you. They handle your request within 30 days.
